Risks and terms
Read this before you switch a bot on. It's short on purpose: what 3AM is, what it isn't, and what can go wrong.

What 3AM is
Software that runs a trading bot on your own Hyperliquid account, through a trade-only key you approve with your wallet. Your money stays in your account. We never hold it and we can’t withdraw it.
What 3AM isn’t
- It isn’t investment advice, and it doesn’t know your situation.
- It isn’t a fund. We don’t pool money or manage it for you.
- It isn’t a promise. Backtests are simulated, after fees, and past results, simulated or real, don’t predict future ones.
What can go wrong
- Perpetual futures use leverage. You can lose money quickly, including more than one trade’s risk if price gaps past a stop.
- Orders can fill at worse prices than planned, especially on memecoins.
- Hyperliquid, our servers or the bot can fail, pause or have bugs. A trade can be left open with only its stop protecting it.
- If your trading key were stolen, it couldn’t withdraw, but it could place bad trades. Remove it any time.
What you control
You choose the bot, the coins and the risk per trade. You can switch a bot off here, remove the key here, or revoke it on Hyperliquid’s API page at any time. Start in practice mode and watch before going live.
Who can’t use the bots
People in the United States, the United Kingdom, Ontario, or anywhere it’s against the law, and anyone on a sanctions list. Hyperliquid’s own terms apply to your account too.
The token
Holding it unlocks access to the bots. It isn’t an investment and doesn’t give you any share of revenue or profits. Nothing here promises it will hold or gain value. Roadmap items, including Meep’s token, are plans, not promises, and can change.
Fees
Any fee 3AM charges per trade is shown before you approve it, and you can revoke that approval on Hyperliquid.
Liability
3AM is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren’t responsible for trading losses or for losses caused by Hyperliquid, your wallet, or events outside our control.
Privacy
We count anonymous visits and clicks, without cookies, to see what people use on the site.
Changes
If these terms change, you’ll be asked to read and accept them again before your bots can be switched on.
